Our school of church planting, 24:14, will help you develop the skills you need to start global church planting movements. We have 44 church-planting teams working in 23 countries worldwide.

AMI is a non-profit, church-planting organization affiliated with Antioch Community Church.

We don't want to just gather on our property to worship. We want to be good neighbors and change agents of community development in this ethnically- and economically-diverse neighborhood.

With a charge from the Lord to look back over 20 years of His faithfulness and to plan for the next 20 years, our leadership team spent 18 months seeking input from leaders throughout the body of Christ.
Full of faith that the things God put before us are not only doable but have been initiated by Him, we have great hope that He'll accomplish them through us.

ENCOUNTER God and people in relationships by creating an environment where all people can encounter the presence of God and be inspired to live abandoned to God.
Grow as DISCIPLES of Jesus by equipping each person to become a reproducing disciple through life-on-life relationship and Lifegroup community.
Mobilize every person in our church to SERVE through volunteering at church, interceding in the Prayer Center and participating in our short-term mission trips.
IMPACT the world for the glory of God by empowering every person to have an impact through their unique gifting and vocational callings while emphasizing Antioch's calling to launch church-planting movements.

This four-step process will serve as our vision for discipleship and a filter for all other ministries of our church. We want to be sure everything we do as a church has a purpose and everyone in our church has the opportunity to move toward fulfilling God's call on his or her life.
