Pottery Painting...with 200+ items to choose from, just selecting your piece is an adventure! At Art Blooms, you never have to choose between fun and functional, because all of our pieces are both! Our shelves are full of mugs, bowls, and plates; boxes, banks, and figurines; frames, planters, and vases; measuring cups, batter bowls, and pet bowls; plus lots more! Everything is food safe, so even if you choose a figurine, you can use it as a cake topper or on a party platter - in fact, our skateboard is my favorite sushi plate!

Wet Clay...Want to get really involved with your creative side?

Handbuilding with clay offers an opportunity to design your piece and then work it through to the finishing stages.

Available on a walk-in basis, although it is preferred that those without clay experience take an intro class first.

We also offer "Clay Days" periodically and work with clay in our kids' camps.

Pottery Wheel - Feel like throwing a pot? The Pottery Wheel is a favorite at Art Blooms! Please call to schedule individual lessons or experienced potters can reserve half hour time slots. We asked that before you embark on your journey into throwing on the wheel that you spend some time handbuilding with clay. Please call for more information.

Kiln-formed glass...Gorgeous shades of translucent and opaque glass layered together make striking pieces to hang or use as tiles after one firing and "slump" into great functional bowls and plates after a second firing. Even though glass is an available activity any time you come into the studio, you may wish to take a glass orientation class to learn about cutting safely with glass prior to creating a project on your own. At least one glass class is scheduled each month and many projects are always going on. Glass pendants and projects with precut glass are available to children as well as adults. A rainbow of colors and an assortment of materials will inspire you to create an impressive piece of functional glass art in less time then it will take you to learn the difference between frit and buffalo chips.
