Artifacts Gallery is located in the former Farmington Lumber and Hardware Building in Historic Downtown Farmington. The building was built in 1905 and has been in the Taylor family since that time.

Artifacts Gallery represents 50 local and area artists.

Watercolor, oil, acrylic, jewelry, handmade books, calligraphy, collage, pottery, hand pulled prints, and photography are some of the things that you can find at Artifacts.

The Chile Store has as a wide variety of New Mexico made products such as dry mixes, dry rubs, hotsauces, BBQ sauce, cornbreads, and salsa's. Chile jams with a range of flavors such as raspberry, mango and peach are some of the best sellers. For the chile and chocolate lover, how about some chocolate raspberry diablo sauce or a habanero caramel! Flaming Hot or Nice and Mild there is something at The ChileStore for everyone.

Our Chile Store carries many products, here are just a few: Chimayo To Go, The Truck Farm, Pistacio Tree Ranch, Los Chileros, My Favorite New Mexico Foods, Frog Ranch, the Sunflower Food and Spice Co., and Mild To Wild Pepper and Herb Co. Come in and see the great selection of goodies.

Artifacts Gallery features 50 local and area artists. Thier work includes: watercolor, oils, acrylic, collage, calligraphy, pottery, handmade books, photography, jewerly and handpulled prints.

Over a dozen artists studios are open to visitors inside the gallery. Visitors are free to ask questions and observe the artists at work.

The newest addition to Artifacts is The Chile Store. The Chile Store has a wide variety of chile food products, most of which are from New Mexico. The store carries dry mixes, dry rubs, hot sauces, salsas (with a heat level from mild to stupid hot), dessert sauces with chile as well as jams and jellies (mango, peach, raspberry to name a few) with a bite! Chile chocolates and habanero caramels are a unique treat.

Artifacts also does Gift Baskets and Gift Certificates.
