Mission

CENTRALIA DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION MISSION STATEMENT

To stimulate development in Downtown Centralia by encouraging cooperation and building leadership in the community; by creating a positive downtown image and promoting it as an exciting place to live, show and invest; by improving the appearance of downtown; and by strengthening and expanding the economic base of the downtown.

WHAT IS THE CENTRALIA DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION (CDA)?

The Centralia Downtown Association (CDA) is committed to revitalizing our historic downtown. We are dedicated to developing and promoting historic Downtown Centralia by creating a vibrant social, cultural and economic center of the community while emphasizing the preservation of our city's historic character.

Organization - has the responsibility of building consensus and cooperation among the groups that have an important stake in the downtown area. This includes educating the stakeholders regarding the benefits of a revitalized downtown area.

Promotion - is responsible for creating a positive image of the Downtown through advertising, retail promotional activities, special events, and a marketing campaign carried out by local volunteers.

The CDA is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible and you can be assured your donations will benefit the important businesses and the history of our vital downtown.
