recruit and involve a Board of Directors to manage funds, identify producers, directors and staff for each production

provide at least one annual meeting gathering for patrons and volunteers.

These activities have been ongoing since 1963 with the exception of the years 1995-2000. The Charleston Community Theatre Company was reorganized in 2001 with a newly elected Board of Directors. The revitalized CCT has produced a full season of theatricals beginning in March 2002.
