Children's Museum of Evansville

Located in Downtown Evansville, Indiana, The Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville (cMoe) offers over 18,000 square feet of galleries and exhibits.

The mission of the museum is to spark the curious minds and imaginations of children and their families through dynamic exhibits, programs and activities.

Museum staff and supporters strive to meet that mission everyday by encouraging young minds to explore all that cMoe offers and experience learning through play.The cMoe staff, commonly called The Quack Pack, wants your trip to cMoe to be an enjoyable one. We offer the following tips to make your experience the best it can be:

cMoe exhibits and galleries are to be explored together. Engage with your child; you'll be surprised by what you both learn! Whether it is digging for dinosaur bones, or making a transaction at The Big Bank, exploring with your child is a large part of the cMoe experience.

We offer a family dining room on our third floor. Bring snacks or your lunch and have an "indoor picnic" with your family. Take your time when exploring each exhibit. Make sure you allow enough time to play with everything in the museum. Help your child make the most of their cMoe time by reading any signage around the museum and then sharing this information with them.

Each floor offers handicap accessible restrooms and a diaper changing area.
