Daphne Bayfront Park
In 1996, the City of Daphne acquired the property located at the end of Bayfront Park Drive which has been named Bayfront Park. Located on the property is a pavilion which in 1997 was dedicated by the Daphne City Council to the memory of Richard Scardamalia, a local photographer. Mr. Scardamalia was instrumental in the effort to acquire the property as a park for the citizens of Daphne.
The Richard Scardamalia Pavilion is available for rent. There are two meeting rooms inside the Pavilion. The Sunset room and the Jubilee room. Both rooms are equipped with a bar and have views of Mobile Bay The Sunset Room has a large deck overlooking the bay. Please contact the sales department for floor plan layouts and setups.
Both rooms have access to a kitchen that is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, and food preparation area. An access ramp is available for those with special needs. The City of Daphne is proud to provide this rental facility for its citizens.
