In this space you will find balance and harmony, peace and serenity, kindness and love. Discover your inner teacher and shine from the light within you. Awaken and renew your strength, flexibility and balance, then experience how yoga can transform more than just your body. Yoga is for everyone, of all ages and abilities. At Downtown Yoga Shala, we are a supportive, non-competitive environment that encourages a safe and inspired practice for all who come to class. For those new to yoga, please come with an open mind and heart, and be patient with yourself and the process.
