Welcome to the Duck Canoe located at 1395 HWY 99 Lewisburg , TN 37091. Whether you have grown up on the Duck River, or this is your first canoeing and kayaking adventure, we are excited to provide a fun and safe canoeing and kayaking experience. Less than one hour from Nashville and Murfreesboro, Duck Canoe is just a short drive away. Duck Canoe is also located near Henry Horton State Park. Regulated by dam, the Duck River always has water for canoeing and kayaking. You bring your friends and family for good times, and we will bring the canoes, kayaks, and life jackets.
The Duck River of Tennessee is among one of the most biologically diverse rivers in the world, located entirely within the state of Tennessee. With 151 species of freshwater fish, 55 species of mussels, 22 species of snails, and many other types of animals, the Duck River is rich in wildlife. Renting a canoe or kayak is a great way to spend the day with family or friends of all ages and enjoy the scenery of the Duck River. The Duck River is considered a Class I river for canoeing and kayaking, meaning that in some sections the water has small riffles and waves, but contains few obstructions or risk to swimmers. So come soak up the sun and enjoy the summer with all of the natural wildlife.
