DUNES SUMMER THEATRE

The Dunes Summer Theatre is located at the border between the states of Indiana and Michigan, on a scenic 20+ acre wooded site in the Lake Michigan dunes, about a half mile from the lake shore itself. The theater seats over 200 patrons.

For 60 years, the Dunes Arts Foundation has been a part of the Michiana community! We are a not-for-profit organization that fosters the creation and enjoyment of all forms of artistic expression - from theatre to music to dance to visual arts.

The Dunes Arts Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) Corporation, incorporated in the State of Indiana on January 17th, 1952. The Dunes Arts Foundation sponsors the Dunes Summer Theatre and the Children's / Youth Theatre. The Foundation has as it's goal providing people who live in the surrounding communities with the enjoyment of theatrical entertainment and the opportunity to develop their capacity for artistic expression. "The Dunes" has been providing quality educational and theatrical programs for over 60 years!
