Fort Sill National Historic Landmark Museum

Thank You! Your rating has been saved.

We invite you to come see our buildings - the Fort Sill Museum occupies the oldest buildings at Fort Sill on the original parade ground (at a high point that was easily defended). We invite you to see our galleries and exhibits - artifacts of the generals, soldiers, Indians, heroes, villains and plain working folk who once called this place home. We invite you to enjoy the reenactments and activities, such as our annual base ball game (based on the 1870's rules). We invite you to take a glimpse of the lives of the people of Fort Sill. We bet that you'll find something new about something old.

"The mission of the Fort Si sill National Historic Landmark and Museum is the collection and preservation of objects, the research and installation of quality exhibits and the presentation of interactive interpretation of the military, social, political, cultural and economic history of Fort Sill and its vicinity from the Dragoon Expedition in 1834 to 1920.
