In order provide children opportunities to explore and learn beyond the museum's everyday exhibits and attractions, GCM has put together an exciting collection of programs. Please check the Events Calendar for specific times and dates of upcoming programs.

Every Tuesday through Thursday that isn't designated for Toddler Play Date, Story Time, or Craft Time, Ms. Cathy will lead guests in a special craft or activity from 11am-12pm.

On the last Thursday of every month be sure to bring your child to GCM for this exciting program! There will be a special craft and activity for your little one to enjoy from 10:30am-12pm. So don't forget-it's a date! Toddler Play Dates are $4 per person, and no free admission applies.

The first Thursday of every month from 11am-12pm is Craft Time with Ms. Cathy. Crafts will be high quality, take-home creations that are sure to spark your child's imagination and creativity. Crafts vary from month to month, so you don't want to miss one! Craft Time is recommended for children ages 3+. Admission to GCM is $5 per person if you wish to participate in Craft Time, and no free admission applies.

On the first and third Tuesday of every month at 11am is Story Time in our reading corner. There will be two readings of a popular children's book at 11 and 11:30am followed by a complimentary coloring activity. All book selections are Caldecott winners or honorees.

The First Friday of every month GCM offers free admission and activities from 6-8pm. The activities differ from month to month and often correlate to the season or the museum's current theme. Don't ever miss out on a night of First Friday fun!
