Houston Love Memorial Library
Welcome to the Houston-Love Memorial Library.
A library card enables you to borrow books, CDs, DVDs, Books on Tape for research or enjoyment. It allows access to e-books for downloading on your personal cell phone, computer, tablet or e-reader. It allows you to use a computer at the library to access the internet, use a word processor, spreadsheet, database or just play games. It enables you to receive help in locating materials that meet your needs. It allows you to borrow materials from other libraries.

Wireless Access
Thanks to a generous donation by two local Houston County Families HLMLS is 100% wireless at all locations. Dothan: Side Parking lot allows for 24/7 access. All meeting rooms at the Dothan location are also wireless. To connect to our wireless Internet connection, scan for WiFi connections with your device and select "Houston-Love WiFi."

The Houston-Love Memorial Library currently has numerous technology resources for Dothan's business leaders and emerging entrepreneurs
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for both the business community and general public. You can reserve a room by visiting or calling the library at (334) 793-9767.
Computer Use
Each of our library locations have FREE Personal Computer workstations for use. There are computers in Dothan in the Lab room and in the Reference Area. Each workstation may be used by customers with valid library cards. Patrons without a library card may pay a $1.00 fee for a one-time computer pass. Computers are available on a first come first serve basis. All users must adhere to our internet policy. Printing from all PC's is available for $0.15 per black and white page and $0.50 per color page. Customers must have change to pay for printing at the time items are printed.
Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library is a service organization that supports the Houston-Love Memorial Library System and their service goals for the community. Individual, Family and Corporate memberships help supplement the programs for the library. Our annual Book Sale and membership fees help us provide support to the library staff, programming and facilities of the Houston-Love Memorial Library System. We encourage all Houston Count citizens to join now!
