Themes - Field Trips - Shows
Bi-weekly themes like Dental Hygiene, Fire Safety, Nutrition, Circus Week, Native Americans, Zoo Animals, Pet Week, Aviation, ect. We will go on a field trip to the corresponding destination for each theme and we will sing the songs based on those themes.
Arts & Crafts/Free Art
Free art, finger painting, unique medium, gluing, cutting, theme based crafted, Art-in-Heaven coloring, markers, paint brushes, chalk boards, dry erase, stencils, rub on, stamps,ect.
Music & Movement - Parachute & Bubbles
Instructional games and dances, bean bags, marching instrument band, parachute games, bubbbles, hokey-pokey, ring around the rosey, london bridge is falling down, ect.
Imaginary Play
Dress-up and pretend, doll house, supermarket, store, baby dolls, kitchen, club house, tea-party, barbies, post office, careers, bar-b-que, stuffed animals, pet vet ect.
Constructive Play
Blocks, Legos, train sets, puzzles, tools, lincoln logs, mega blocks, racing car tracks, ect
Storytime/Lunch
Listen to a story or book about our bi-weekly theme being read while you eat lunch.
Physical/Active Free Play
Ride-on toys, balls, basketball hoop, soccer goal, balance walk, hola hoops, tumbling mats, golf clubs, sit and spin, spin-and-match, tunnels, bead mazes, t-ball, ring toss, ect.
Infant/Toddler Sibling Play Area
Mothers of Pre-schoolers with younger siblings not enrolled in the class may participate in the class or may observe from across the partition while they talk to other moms, and thier infant or toddler plays or sleeps in the Sibling Play Area which will soon include WI-FI and a CAFE.
