Please note that at Liberty Hill Inn, we prefer the personal touch, therefore, we prefer not take actual reservations over the internet. However, should you desire to check our availability and make a reservation, please utilize the "click" option below and that will refer you to our Webervations program. We make every effort to update it regularly, but please understand that ongoing reservations may exceed our ability to remain current up to the minute. Also, we reserve the right to hold certain rooms for minimum night stays depending on the flow of reservations for a given period of time.

Room Pricing Policy
All rates are per room, per night, based upon double occupancy. The State and local tax (11.7%) is additional. Rates include a full, gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Extra persons, where permitted are $50.00 per night.
Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks and Cash are accepted.
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for off season weekends; A 3 night minimum during the In Season when a Friday or Saturday is booked; a 2 night minimum on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday)during the In Season; A 3 night minimum for most holiday weekends during all seasons applies. But give us a call anyway we may have an opportunity to take a 1 night or 2 night reservation since gaps do make this possible.
If we do take a reservation that is less than the minimum stay from you, we reserve the right to change the room assignment to be able to accommodate a longer stay request in the room you chose for another guest. An additional charge of $25.00 for any days less than the minimum stay will be applied to cover the room turnover expense in the In Seasons and Holidays in the Off Season.
Deposit and payment: A stay of 2 nights or less requires payment in full. Three or more nights require a 50% deposit. The second half of the deposit is due and will be collected 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Once reserved with a deposit, rooms are guaranteed for the entire stay, regardless of the deposit, and guests are responsible for the total balance of nights reserved. If cancellation is more than 14 days prior to the arrival date (or more than 30 days for stays of 7 days or more or for multiple room reservations), a full refund is made less a $30.00 service charge (per room reserved). If cancellation is 14 days or less (or 30 days as noted herein), a refund is subject to re-rental of the accommodations without loss to Liberty Hill Inn.
Every effort is made by Liberty Hill to re-rent accommodations in the event of a cancellation, and a written copy of this policy is provided with a confirmation letter. Please note that because we are a small bed and breakfast, and because our business is seasonal, cancellations without more than a 14 day notice (or 30 days as noted herein) make it difficult to re-rent accommodations without loss to Liberty Hill.
Damage Policy:
Our goal is to have your stay with us be as pleasant as possible. However, we know accidents happen from time to time. If something needs immediate attention, please let us know so we can attend to it right away. It may be necessary for us to replace damaged items and discuss with you any consequential charges to your credit card.
Additional Information
While we cater to guests seeking a romantic escape from the stresses of the world, well traveled children (seven and older) can be accommodated in specially appointed children's rooms. For the comfort of all guests, we cannot accommodate pets, however, we are happy to recommend nearby kennels.
Because of a Massachusetts law prohibiting Smoking in places open to the public and for the health and welfare of all our guests and staff, Liberty Hill is a strictly non-smoking inn. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts imposes a $100.00 fine on those who violate this No Smoking law. Those who choose to disregard this policy will incur a minimum cleaning and lost revenue charge of $150.00. Social drinking permitted; free set-ups and ice provided.
