Over the years hundreds of volunteers have donated thousands of hours of time to help preserve a look at the past. Historical artifacts, documents, genealogy information, and rooms full of historical furniture make this an exciting visit for the entire family.

KEEPING HISTORY ALIVE
We continue adding and changing exhibits and reviving our historical presence using modern techniques, multi-media presentations, and many volunteers who bring history to life. Special programs are offered to children, school groups, clubs and organizations and we invite everyone to become a member of the Historical Society.
Bring your family and your friends and join us as we explore the history of our community and this very special region of Ohio which boasts the highest point in Ohio and a swampy marsh that turned into a "Million Dollar Playground."
