Main Street McMinnville is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to the revitalization and development of downtown McMinnville. Our vision of historic downtown McMinnville is to create a safe, culturally rich and architecturally preserved downtown which is vibrant and eye-appealing, family and community oriented, and commercially viable.

Our mission is to establish a partnership between the public and private sectors dedicated to revitalizing Downtown McMinnville, with emphasis on community livability, economic restructuring and historic preservation.

More specifically, Main Street McMinnville:

Promotes the historic preservation, protection and use of McMinnville's traditional downtown area, including that area's commercial, civic and religious enterprises and residences;

Takes remedial actions to eliminate the physical, economic and social deterioration of McMinnville's traditional downtown area and thereby promote McMinnville's historic preservation, contribute to its community betterment while lessening the burdens of McMinnville's government;

Disseminates information of and promotes interest in the preservation, history, culture, architecture and public use of McMinnville's traditional downtown area;

Holds meetings, seminars and other activities for the instruction of members and the public in those activities such as building rehabilitation and design, economic restructuring and planning management that foster the preservation of McMinnville's traditional downtown area, and enhance the understanding and appreciation of its history, culture and architecture;

Aids, works with and participates in the activities of other organizations, individuals and public and private entities located within and outside McMinnville engaged in similar purposes.
