HOW TO GET A CARD...

Adults wishing to apply for a card must provide picture identification (state issued ID, driver's license, military ID, etc.) and TWO dated proofs of current address (examples include driver's license, vehicle registration, and recently canceled mail such as utility bills or bank statements).

Minors wishing to apply must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian. The adult must assume the resposibilty of the card (late fees, lost items, etc.) and provide the above listed ID and two proofs of address.

Those eligible for a card, through Mason County Public Libraries, include any West Virginia resident and others living in counties bordering Mason County. If you have questions about elgibility or on required items, please contact us.
