Water Aerobics

Make a splash with water exercise! This is the perfect exercise for people just starting a routine, or those that want to diversify their workouts! Water aerobics offers a great cardiovascular workout that will tone the entire body. The buoyancy of the water also helps protect the joints and is perfect for participants at all levels.

Aqua Aerobics

A full body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Various aqua equipment will be used to increase water resistance, promoting higher fitness levels.

Learn to Swim~Swim Lessons

The six levels of Learn-to-Swim Instruction help swimmers of all ages and varying abilities develop their swimming and water safety skills. Participants entering Levels 2-6 must either have a Level Certificate from the previous level, or be able to demonstrate all the completion requirements of the previous level. As the levels go up, so do the number and complexity of required skills for the student to learn. T
