Mooneyham Public Library
Mooneyham Public Library, Forest City's municipal library began as a small collection housed in an upstairs room in Forest City's Hall and moved to its current location in 1964.
The Mooneyham Public Library is dedicated to providing free and equal access to chosen resources and reliable information and to fostering lifelong learning and joys of reading. Our services are provided in a welcoming, responsive and professional manner. The library staff welcomes your presence in our library and on our website.
OUR GOAL IS TO OFFER SERVICES
- Books, audio and video cassettes, magazines are available for check out
- Distribution of federal and state tax forms January through April. Limited forms available all year
- Public access to the Internet and many other on-line reference sources
- Wireless internet access - FREE
- Accelerated Reader Collections
- Fax Service available for a small fee (fax # 828-248-5214)
- Copies - for a small fee
- Storytime
- Meeting Room available for rent for private functions (inquire at library for fees and availability)
