Perry Memorial Library

The Perry Memorial Library has a long tradition of providing needed services and resources to the Vance County community. In keeping with this record of service and in an effort to improve upon what has been accomplished in the past, the following goals have been established:

Residents of Vance County will have free high-speed access to the digital world

Preschool children in Vance County will have programs and services designed to ensure that they will enter school ready to learn to read, write, and listen

Residents of Vance County will have the skills to search for, locate, evaluate, and effectively use information to meet their needs

Residents of Vance County will have the resources they need to explore topics of personal interest and continue to learn throughout their lives

Residents of Vance County will have access to materials that will enhance their leisure time
