Wristband On-Sale
The Rabobank Arena box office, as well as all Ticketmaster Outlets, use random number drawings for major on-sales. The following is the wristband policy for the Rabobank Arena box office. If you would like information on an outlets policy, please contact the outlet directly.
Policy
Only one wristband will be issued per person. If a person gets two wristbands, they are disqualified from the on-sale. If a wristband is removed or cut off, it becomes invalid. Persons who arrive after the lottery must go to the end of the line.
- 7:00 AM Line ups begin (No Line-ups prior to 7:00 AM, no exceptions).
- 8:00 AM Numerical wristbands issued .
- 9:30 AM Lottery Drawn.
- 10:00 AM On-Sale begins.
Lottery Procedure
Every person who arrives before 9:30 AM will be issued a numbered wristband. Wristbands only guarantee a place in line not a ticket. A separate numbered tag is attached to each of these wristbands. That tag is detached and placed in the lottery drum. At 9:30 AM the drum is mixed up and one of the numbers is drawn. The person who has a wristband with the matching number becomes the first person in line. Everyone else is lined up in numerical order.
Example: 450 people are issued wristbands for an on-sale. The lottery draws number 362 to be first in line. Everyone else would line up in numerical order. 363 would be second in line, 364 third, and so on. The person with wristband number 1 would line up behind number 450.
Purpose of Wristbands:
- Helps to prevent scalping.
- Ensures everyone a fair chance to be first in line.
- Prevents lineups that interfere with other events at the Rabobank Arena
