THE ROME/FLOYD COUNTY LIBRARY IS HEADQUARTERS FOR THE SARA HIGHTOWER REGIONAL LIBRARY SYSTEM WHICH SERVES FLOYD AND POLK COUNTIES.
MISSION & VISION
Our Mission: The Sara Hightower Regional Library's mission is to provide organized access to meet the educational, informational, recreational, and cultural information needs.
Our Vision: The Sara Hightower Regional Library's vision is to be the community's universal access point for information including printed materials, local databases, and the internet.
The Sara Hightower Regional Library System strives to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to the appropriate use of library services and resources. Use of the library is intended to be for reading, studying, writing and listening to written or electronically transmitted materials and information. The public is required to comply with the library system use and behavior guidelines. All users and staff have the right to a safe and comfortable environment, as well as facilities and materials which are in good condition.
