Headquarters of the Dunn County Historical Society, the Heritage Museum interprets the history of Dunn County through its extensive collection of artifacts and new exhibit areas. Located in Menomonie's Wakanda Park near the Wakanda Elementary School, the Lions Club Game Park, and the water park, the facility features a gift shop and new exhibits, including:

Mission
Formed in 1950, the Dunn County Historical Society seeks to discover, preserve, interpret and disseminate knowledge about the history of Dunn County and its role in Wisconsin, and to arouse interest in the past.
