Southern Dance Academy

Welcome to Southern Dance Academy. We provide contemporary and classical dance training to kids, teenagers, and adults in Gaffney, South Carolina, and surrounding communities.

The studio, and its reputation for excellence, grew during the 16 years that the studio was known as Julia's Dance Company. It gained a place in the lives of people in the community, and in the heart of the dance world.

We believe that learning to dance brings with it character, strength, opportunity, and the ability to express oneself in a unique way. The academy is open to anyone who wants to learn and experience dance; anyone who wants to be challenged; anyone who wants a chance to be an individual; and anyone that simply wants to have fun.
