Spring Lake Park

Spring Lake Park is the heart and pride of the Parks program. This 75-acre park features a spring fed lake, open green spaces, playground units, public restrooms, picnic areas, an 18 hole disc golf course, two fishing piers with ADA accessibility, a 5-acre special event area and the 1.75 mile Phillip McDougal Walking/Biking Trail that meanders throughout the entire park.

Spring Lake Park is also where you will hear the "crack of the bat" at the Swanger Sports Complex, home of the Texarkana, TX Dixie Baseball, George Dobson Field, home to the Texarkana College Men's Baseball, and the James Bramlett Field, home to the Texarkana College Women's Softball teams.

The park is an ideal place to spend a Spring and Fall evening watching Movies in the Park offering new and classic releases. Bring your blanket, snacks, lawn chairs and settle in for an evening of entertainment.
