Springfield History Museum
The History Museum for Springfield-Greene County is a private, not-for-profit organization that began in 1975 as a Bicentennial project. The space for the History Museum in historic City Hall is provided by the City of Springfield, but we must raise all necessary program and operating funds through admissions, gift shop sales, special events, memberships, donations and grants. *Our current exhibit location is at 155 Park Central Square at The History Museum on the Square.
