The Capitol Theatre was opened on Thanksgiving day 1928 and then reopened September, 2009 by the Wheeling Convention and Visitors Bureau. The theatre has a New Beginning and is focussing on programming to attract a wide range of people.
Services
The Capitol Theatre offers a variety of rental services to the community. Rooms in the Capitol are available for renting by school and church groups, local dance studios, local colleges, and other community groups.
