Three Sights Indoor Shooting Range
Billings has an enthusiastic community of gun owners, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who enjoy competitive shooting. We are a family-friendly shooting facility for the safe instruction in the use of firearms. Three Sights will be a state of the art facility, open to the public.
Three Sights will include three components: Instruction, a hands-on shooting range,and a sales area.
Instruction: Three Sights primary mission is to provide a welcoming venue for citizens interested in being trained in the safe and correct operation of a firearm. Three Sights will be the ideal place for youth Hunter's Safety classroom instruction,self-defense training and learning aout the proper care, cleaning, and storage of firearms. In a relaxed environment, Three Sights experts wil answer questions and provide individualized and group training to those just starting out and to advanced shooters seeking to improve their skills. The instructional area will include a classroom sitting sixteen. Often shooting centers cater solely to men. Three Sights will also serve the many women who enjoy competive shooting or those who wish to learn more about firearms and self-defense in a gender-nuetral environment.
Shooting range: The center piece of Three Sights will be an advanced twenty-five yard, ten lane shooting range equipped with an electronic movement system. Other features will include specialized lighting, accoustical dampening, and a state of the art HVAC system control that will keep the air fresh and safe. Designed to the highest level of safety standards in the industry. The range will be available for use as a handgun qualification range for local law enforcement, for competitive target shooting leagues, for company outings and birthday parties, and for those who simply want to rent time to hone their shooting skills. Portions of the range will be specially designed to be accessible for those in wheelchairs. The facility will accomodate a variety of group sizes.
Sales: To compliment the shooting range and classroom area Three Sights will have a complete retail store and armory. The store will include weapons for sale or rent, ammunition, themed clothing, and supplies. Customers will be able to view shooters on the firing range from the store while they shop. Our retail sales operation in conjunction with a shooting range is unique in the Billings area. First, a firearm purchaser can " testdrive" a variety of firearms on the range before deciding on the caliber and model that best fits their needs and desires.
