Tonya's Academy of Dance
Since 1999, TAD has inspired Technique, Achievement, and Dedication to each student. We offer recreational and competitive programs with a solid dance foundation in a safe, fun environment. We offer a full range of dance instruction.
Classes Offered
- 2 year old Creative Movement Program.
- 3 year old Creative Movement Program.
- 4 year old Creative Movement Program, ballet/tap combination, tiny tumbling, jazz/acrobatics combination.
- 5 year old ballet/tap combination, tiny tumbling, jazz/acrobatics combination, ballet, tap, clogging, cheer/pom.
- 6 year old ballet/tap combination, tiny tumbling, jazz/acrobatics combination, ballet, tap, clogging, hip hop, cheer/pom.
- 7 year old jazz/acrobatics combination, ballet, tap, clogging, acrobatics, hip hop, lyrical, cheer/pom.
- 8 year old and up may take any of our classes offered ballet, jazz, tap, clogging, acrobatics, hip hop, lyrical, cheer/pom.
We must have 7 registered students to create a class. If you register for something that does not have at least 7 registered we will call you and discuss other options.
* We also offer competitive dance troupes. These groups are for those dancers who are interested in a more intense level of instruction. Our dance troupes are by audition only, and are offered to students Kindergarten - 12th grades. We currently have troupes competing in the following disciplines: ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, hip hop, and clogging.
