Walking Shadow Theatre Company
Walking Shadow Theatre Company is a Minneapolis-based company with a reputation for producing well-staged and carefully researched work. Walking Shadow favors intelligent productions that feature an atypical view of situations, exploring the grey areas of morality and ethics. Whether intimate or epic, our shows share a common view that the truth isn't readily apparent. Opinions clash, characters aren't always likable, and sometimes the most significant insights can come from the most unusual of situations.
Strolling Shadow Theater Company is a Minneapolis-based organization with standing for delivering very much organized and painstakingly explored work. We are attracted to shows that are brilliant, invigorating, canny - and frequently somewhat eccentric or rebellious. Strolling Shadow has been classified "an organization that merits consideration" by the Star Tribune and commended by Minnesota Monthly for its "cleaned creations of sharp present-day works."
Strolling Shadow has performed at various venues in the Twin Cities starting around 2004, including the Dowling Studio at the Guthrie Theater, Minneapolis Theater Garage, Pillsbury House, Red Eye, and others. The organization likewise has seemed a few times at the Minnesota Fringe Festival and sometimes delivers site-explicit, intelligent plays with puzzles.
The organization is driven by a triplet of imaginative chiefs: John Heimbuch, David Pisa, and Amy Rummenie.
