The Village of Wind Point, Wisconsin (population 1,723) is located on Lake Michigan north of Racine. The Village is governed by a seven-member Village Board of Trustees.

Incorporated in 1954, Wind Point's 776 housing units surround the historic Wind Point Lighthouse. This 1.27 square mile jewel is also home to Wingspread, a National Historic Landmark residence designed by Frank Lloyd Wright that is now the Johnson Foundation conference center.

The Lighthouse meeting hall is regularly used for meetings of the Village and of the Wind Point/North Bay Joint Municipal Court. The part-time village police department is also located at the Lighthouse.

Village and municipal court administrative offices and the public works garage are located at 215 E. Four Mile Road, next to the village's community park, the Village Green.
