For the paddling enthusiasts Yaknitup Kayak Charters offer nature, wildlife photography, and manatee tours. Get up close and personal with Southwest Florida's wildlife in their natural environment. Come watch a mother dolphin teach her calf to catch a fish, or say hi to one of the many manatees you'll see on our manatee trips.

My name is Josh Harvel, I was born in Crystal Lake, IL. I started fishing lakes and rivers at the age of 3 with my family. I moved to Ft. Myers with my family 20 years ago and dove head first into saltwater fishing from Lee County down to the Keys. I now run Yaknitup Kayak Charters specializing in back country kayak adventures. I am currently a member of the Hobie Kayak Fishing Team, other sponsors include U.S. REEL SuperCaster Spinning Reels, Bending Branches Paddles, Stick It Anchor Pins, and D.O.A. LURES. I've competed in various tournaments from the age of 12, winning my first ice fishing tournament at the age of 13. I've moved on to competitive kayak fishing tournaments placing in the top 5 and above in all of the tournaments fished.
